Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on the emotional bonds between people and how these bonds can be strengthened to improve relationships. It helps individuals and couples understand their emotions and attachment patterns, leading to greater intimacy and connection. EFT typically involves identifying negative patterns of interaction, exploring underlying emotions, and developing more positive ways of relating to each other. It's highly effective for addressing relationship conflicts and enhancing overall relationship satisfaction.
Christian/Holistic Counselling is a therapeutic approach that incorporates your beliefs into the counselling process. It recognizes the significance of faith in shaping thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Through exploration of Scripture, prayer, and teachings, faith based counselling seeks to provide guidance, support, and healing in alignment with your values and beliefs, aiming to help individuals find meaning, hope, and resilience in their faith journey.
Mindfulness therapy is learning to be fully present in your everyday life, just as it is. It's about tuning into the here and now, paying attention to your thoughts, feelings without judgment.
